TREC Approved CE Course Number: 10148-RENE

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has adopted NEW MCE RULES that require all license holders to take a 4-hour legal update course and a 4-hour ethics update course. These two courses were created for and approved by TREC to meet the 8 legal hours of mandatory continuing education required for your license renewal.

This is the 4-hour TREC Mandatory Legal Update I course. It brings all license holders up to date on a variety of legal issues of importance to both the public and real estate license holders.
